We are currently looking for an Annual Giving, Donor Development Officer to be located at our Calgary base in the Foundation department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement enhancements to our mid-level giving program, including segmentation strategy, donor journeys, and stewardship calendars.
• Develop a framework for identifying, cultivating soliciting and stewarding mid-level donors through both one-to-one and one-to-many communications.
• Establish key metrics and tracking mechanisms to measure program growth, donor retention, and upgrades while implementing donor data to guide portfolios strategies.
• Manage a dynamic portfolio of mid-level donors with a goal of deepening engagement and increasing giving.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor records in our CRM (Raiser's Edge), leveraging reports and dashboards to track donor engagement, portfolio performance and trends.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of fundraising experience, with a focus on donor development, annual giving, or mid-level programs.
• Proven success in building and managing donor relationships.
• Experience creating donor journeys and segmentation strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to create compelling donor communications.
