We are currently looking for a Foundation Administrator at our Calgary base in a hybrid arrangement as part of the Foundation department.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with all levels of the organization to support full scope administration that may include meeting coordination, travel arrangements, leader and team expenses, office management, ad hoc projects, booking base tours and general administration that keep the Foundation’s office running smoothly across all bases.
- Effectively interact with a wide variety of prospective and confirmed Foundation donors, providing exemplary customer service, promoting and building the Foundation’s brand within the community.
- Provides a bridge for smooth communication between Foundation senior leaders and internal team members; demonstrates leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management and the wider Foundation team.
- Ensure records are up to date and accurate, including valuable giving and relationship information added to Raiser’s Edge (creating, updating, linking and merging where appropriate).
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Degree in Office Administration, Business Administration, or other relevant discipline considered an asset.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior administration role supporting a Foundation leadership team OR 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to Senior Executive leader.
- Experience with Raiser’s Edge and knowledge of Fund Development and CRA law for charities are considered a significant advantage.
- Comfort working in an open office environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft office software intermediate to advanced level of working knowledge of Word and Excel.
